This website has no forms, accounts or newsletter sign-ups. We only receive personal data that you choose to send us, for example when you:

• message us on WhatsApp or call us (your name, phone number and the details you share);
• contact us through Instagram.

Our hosting provider automatically records basic technical data (such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested) in server logs to keep the site secure and running. We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies on this website.

• to respond to your enquiries and arrange site visits;
• to prepare quotations and carry out renovation and carpentry work you engage us for;
• to provide aftercare and warranty support;
• to meet our legal, regulatory and accounting obligations.

We will only send you marketing messages with your explicit consent, and we respect the Do Not Call Registry. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting our Data Protection Officer.

Links to WhatsApp and Instagram take you to services operated by Meta Platforms, which handle your data under their own privacy policies.

We keep personal data only for as long as it is needed for the purposes above or required by law, and take reasonable security arrangements to protect it from unauthorised access, use or disclosure.

You may request access to, or correction of, the personal data we hold about you, or withdraw your consent, by contacting our Data Protection Officer. We will respond as soon as reasonably possible and within the timelines required by the PDPA.
